These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us via our website, over the phone, at a live-event, or in any other manner.

At Finding your Flock, we are committed to providing high-quality programs, books, and premium value offers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.

All our educational and informational programs and services are aimed at helping you achieve certain results in your life or your business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve any particular goal. In fact, we are providing our informational programs and services to you as just that: information.

You are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information we provide and any outcomes that result. Furthermore, any testimonials of other students in our programs are no guarantee of your own success but simply provided as examples of what others are doing.
 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We do not accept returns on any of our products or services.
 

LIFE PURPOSE/40 DAY PROGRAM/DREAMER TO LEADER SERIES REFUND POLICY

Refunds are strictly unavailable after purchase.

If you purchase a program online and fail to watch its content within the year you have access, you will need to repurchase or forfeit the program.

 

BOOK REFUND POLICY

The Signed, Sealed, Delivered  book is non-refundable.
Delayed shipping (especially for international orders) is not eligible for refunds.

If We Made a Mistake:


If you received the wrong book, your order was delayed due to an error on our part, or your book was lost in transit, we will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately upon verification.


If There Was a Customer Error:


If an incorrect shipping address was provided or the package was not picked up, we can resend the book once the correct address is confirmed. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for customer input errors or failure to collect the package.

PREMIUM VALUE OFFERS AND MENTORSHIP REFUND POLICY

£2000 Deposits – No Refunds


Deposits made toward Premium Value Offers are non-refundable. However, the deposit can be applied as a credit toward another program or mentoring.

If you purchase a product or service utilising a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded. If you use a third-party lender, even one suggested by us, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.

We make no representations of any kind as to the products and services of any of our affiliates. Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate is subject to the affiliate’s own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of God; hostility; telecommunication outage; government restrictions; a pandemic or other event outside of our reasonable control.
